Technology is destroying our mental, social and physical health. We are getting mentally upset due to the advancement of technology. People are becoming lazy and slothful by spending more time on video games, you tube, facebook, instagram, twitter etc. People are also suffering from anxiety, obesity and depression due to lack of exercise, human contact and over eating. All the time they make themselves busy in using different technological equipment and get dejected by cutting themselves to the natural environment. Technology is also affecting our sleeping habits in a devastating way. Lack of sleep is making us dull and boring .It is also affecting our eyesight and mind in a very bad manner.
Technology has expanded the distances in this modern age rather than cutting them off. People prefer skype calling rather than meeting face to face with their dear ones. Our youth is always busy on their cell phones in a gathering rather than having a conversation with their elders.

Neuroscience points out that the use of interactive screens, results in the cerebral release of high doses of dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and motivation, generating a hyperstimulation that has harmful effects similar to the effects of cocaine on behavior, in those Dopamine concentrations affect the ability to concentrate, to connect with others, among other effects. As with many drugs, dopamine receptors require more and more amounts of this chemical to produce pleasure, which is a characteristic of addictions. This is especially delicate in adolescence, which is when consumer habits settle.
